Steps to reproduce
I'm unsubscribed from all emails, yet I get relentless spam about Fusion 360.
I've contacted live-support who assure me I will no longer be spammed, yet it continues.

Expected results
NO MORE CORRESPONDENCE FROM AUTODESK

Actual results
Constant spam.
