Refusal to download

I have windows 10(64 bit) and it tells me that my Operating system is not supported by Fusion 360. I have tried to use a different browser, disabled all ad blockers, and even verified in the user agent web page, but it still gives me the same message of that my Operating system is not supported. I am using an asus vivobook 15

Take a look at this webpage. Note the testing agent listed in the third entry under the Solutions section.

The site is down everytime I try to go on it and i dont know what to do
with it. I can change my user agent using developer tools and it still
doesnt seem to work
