I'm a little baffled by this one. Making a fairly simple box in the sheet metal space, and I went to unfold to make a couple cuts (which I had already done before in this model). Make the edits and then it wouldn't refold. Well, I just did something Fusion didn't like, I thought; so I make a few tweaks - non of them work..
OK....
So I delete all the edits & it still won't refold....
OK.......

So I then attempt to unfold & refold without doing anything. Nothing.
Am I missing something?

looks Like Fusion is seeing a clearance problem when re-folding I just added a vary small extra clearance(0.01mm) to the flange you named FRONT and the refold worked. But why a clearance of .11 works when .10 doesn't is a mystery.
NICE! thanks for figuring that out @carl.j.barker .
Well forgetting it's a mystery that you have to have clearance at all. Fusion should be able to handle surfaces touching (while not intersecting), the fact that it can't is a real headache. Been begging team to do something about it since launch. The hilarious part is that you have to manually build in these tolerances! When the inside/outside/adjacent/tangent options are all perfectly aligned with each other... seems like they could at least automatically build in a tolerance right? how much math could that be? or better yet let it be a configurable option in the sheet metal preset! if the program can figure out that it's intersecting then it's got to be able to know where and highlight the issue. or better yet, automatically avoid it and give you options like this side/that side. similar to the new missing reference feature. /sheetmetalrant
I'm sure it's coming at some point just wish it was already here!
