That is a message that says you have an expired subscription. If your subscription is expired, it's like any other online service, access to create and save data using the service is a paid-for service.

In the Fusion 360 application frame, near the top, it should show you an orange button that says Subscribe Now. Do you see it?

@Phil.E But I thought that for hobbyists we can use up to 10 projects for free!
What do you mean by "access to create and save data using the service is a paid-for service." if when I downloaded initially it clearly said that I can use for hobby, only up to 10 projects for free?

I've just spent last few hours editing one of the free projects and now I notice the "Read Only" at the top! If it's read only, why am I able to edit my free projects, but unable to save?!

I just lost good few hours of work because I didn't notice "Read Only" at the top! This is ridiculous, all I needed to do was restart Fusion360, seriously?! If the program starts in "Read Only" mode, can you prevent users from editing anything!!? Instead of allowing edits and then not allow to save? FFS

It would help if you realized I'm talking about a commercial subscription that has expired. That is not what you are describing and what I said does not apply to your situation.

This blog post explains what you can expect, does item #3 (step 3) help you in your situation?
