Read Access Denied - Can't Open any Project Files

Hello,

I've been having this problem for over a week now. Suddenly, when I open Fusion 360, I can't access any of my Project files. When I try to view the jobs under my project, I see them for an instant then get kicked back with 'Read Access Denied' error.

I tried viewing, editing, and downloading an archive online, but none of these options work. Viewing and Editing just gives a blank screen or 'Download Failed' error. Downloading a Fusion 360 Archive just does nothing when clicked.

Everything used to work. What happened?!

I've tried clearing my cache and AppData files with no effect. A log is attached.

I also have the same problem. Cannot access any of my files and it just says 'Read Access Denied' at the top of the data panel.

Please work to fix this as soon as possible.

Thanks

Hi @mark.gregory @sleepisfortheweak

I just heard from the A360 team that the issue should be fixed now. Could you check if you can open the files/projects now and let me know how it goes?

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Yes, I can finally open my files again. Was this an issue on your end or something I did?

Hi,

Yes mine is working correctly now too. Thanks for fixing the issue. Is it likely to occur again and is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening in the future?

Thanks,

Mark Gregory

Hi @mark.gregory,

Thank you for the update! Glad to hear it's working now. The team has fixed the issue and this won't happen again, and you don't have to do anything to prevent this on your side.

Hi,

This is now happening to my accounts. I am unable to access my libraries on any of my accounts. When I click on them it spins and then says "Read Access Denied"

@masa.minohara

In the class, I couldn't access the project which I made it recently. The message of 'Read Access Denied' popped up at the above of my name. Could you fix it as soon as possible? Tomorrow I'm going to use the files in that project folder.

Thank you,

Clay Kim

i am currently having this issue also. as the administrator i have created many of our projects and have successfully invited team members.  As of today all team members can see and open all their relevant project folders but i am having to request access but I don't know from who.

If I try uploading a file on a New Design tab i get an Fusion Team Access denied error. please advise.
