Reactivation of a hobbyist account

I have been using Fusion 360 for some time. I started on Windows 7 and the time limit has expired. How can I reactivate the account? I tried downloading again, but it says I need to update my operating system, which I would prefer to not do at this time. How can I reactivate the account and am I required to update my operating system?
