Hi there,

Please can anyone kindly advise, I am using Fusion 360 great product I really like.

I have a technical question. I am trying to select multiple material selections on a Component in the render environment but only allows either one material (When Component selected) or none (When Face selected).
How can I make multiple selections on a Component? I am wanting to apply two different finishes to two different faces.
The Component that I am trying to assign materials (two different materials) is a Component that has been inserted into the drawing I am working on, thus shows a link in the design.

Thanks,

J.

You cannot apply face appearances to external components.  You need to apply face appearances in the design itself.
