Hi. I have some problem: Fusion 360 says that "We are currently updating our services". I tried to delete NsCloudBrowserCache_myhub.dat and LoginState.xml files. It's not helped.

This is my DiagnosticLogs file.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for sharing the logs. From the logs, I can see some network errors.

20180430T193438 E CloudBrowser failed request - exception: WinHttpSendRequest: 12029: Не удается установить соединение с сервером

...Uri: https://developer.api.autodesk.com/wipdata-serv/storage/v3/system ThreadID: 11236, Function: void __cdecl Ns::Network::RequestMgr::RunRequest::<lambda_fbd3533c4406b22230b6b3aa909d3b93>::operator ()(class Concurrency::task<class web::http::http_response>) const, Line: 378

Just to check - are you on a school/private network or is this a home network? Are you able to reach https://developer.api.autodesk.com/wipdata-serv/storage/v3/system from a web browser, or does that fail as well. Is there any anti-virus or proxies on the computer that may be preventing Fusion from reaching this URL via the Fusion client.

Thanks,

Thank you for your help. It really was a network error. I didn't able to open the page https://developer.api.autodesk.com/wipdata-serv/storage/v3/system from a web browser. Now I solved the problem.

Since about 5 days fusion is always offline saying that it is updating its services. I tried to check if there is a network issue but could not find any as all my other applications requiring internet are running normally. Attached is my diagnostic log.
