Random screen splashes while working.

Hello, I have a university issued student version of Fusion 360. The software starts normally and is usable however the "Fusion 360" logo splashes on the screen every time I try to add a feature or just by right clicking on the screen (ref. image). The screen is an overlay as it goes away if I pan however it does make working very frustrating. I have reinstalled the application multiple times but that has not helped. If anyone can help me out I shall be very grateful.

Did you use the CLEAN UNINSTALL tool during the reinstall?

I shall try that.

Edit: I tried it. It says "Cleaning process finished with some errors!"

Edit2: Cleaner did not help. Its still pretty much the same. (Ref Error2)
