Rail misses profiles hydrofoil

I am trying to loft through three profiles with two rails, the LH rail allows a partial loft but when I add the RH rail I get the error. I think the RH rail snap to the trailing edge where two-point intersect and this may be to fine for the loft to work. The RH point all snap to a projected construction line that und through the cord of each profile.

Black line in that rail does not connect to the profiles, right where the red blobs are.

Rail connected to a construction line is not going to work, connection must be to part of the selected profile.

Try Sweep with guide rail for 98% of the leading edge, then loft a Tip Block.
