Radial pattern aligned along a liner path

Is there a method for creating a radial pattern about the axis of an arc that is aligned along a linear path?

Example problem: how to draw sixty, equally spaced,  1-minute tick marks for a clock where they are radially aligned to the axis of the arc and also aligned about the periphery of the clock that is square. The tick marks would be extruded a nominal depth into the face of the square clock body.

Am I understanding you correctly or have I missed the boat?

I must have posted a dozen variations of this over the years.

Here is the first one I can find...

Additional reply: Radial tick marks like shown on the arc of the protractor; however, aligned along a straight path.

File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d attempt to model the geometry here.
