"Unable to load data" Error when trying to renew my subscription.

Hello. 

 

For the last week I have been getting notifications that I will need to renew my subscription to Fusion 360 ("expiring in XX days" at the top corner of the program). But when I follow the "Manage renewal" button it loads for a second and then gives me the "Unable to load data. Please refresh to try again." error. 

 

I have tried, reloading the page, logging out and back in, and disabling all browser plugins. its been at least 7 days so i'm fairly certain it's not a server maintenance issue. 

 

I use Fusion 360 almost every day so a solution would be extremely helpful.

Good day @lobstercraft,

 

If Autodesk support can't assist in time you can always consider using an Autodesk Partner to get your renewal done.
They are region specific but I'm sure you can find them easily.
