Just renewed my subscription a few days ago, now F360 attempting an update. Now I can't see any of my files. 😞

I have rebooted and attempted update 3 times. Pic below says "No connection" Very untruthy.

Log attached.

Please advise

Your log file says it could not process due to a lack of folder permissions. After the error listing it calls out numerous folders and files it could not access.

Nothing was changed on the PC. What else would cause that message?

If I were facing any Windows permission problems I would do the following:

  1. Make sure my log-in account has administrator rights to all folders
  2. Disable any Anti-Virus applications temporarily during installation
  3. Disable User Access Control during installation

You might go into the log file, find one folder it said it did not have access to and see if you can create a simple text file and delete it to prove you have access.  It does not matter if you think your PC is the same or not, Fusion 360 installation is saying it does not have access.

@mjames Please try the point made above by @jhackney1972 . Also as mentioned in this thread below see if files are hidden in the folder. The below post claims that they were able to solve the exact problem by making those files visible.

Here is the error: PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\USERNAME\\AppData\\Local\\Autodesk\\webdeploy\\meta\\uninstall.wsf'
