"Personal Use" licence on work computer

I would like to install Fusion360 with a "personal use" licence on my work computer. We do not use Fusion360 in my company, but I often have free time during my lunch break, and I'd like to use that time to work on my personal projects (parts to 3D print or mill). Can I use it on my work computer without causing any trouble to my company?

Hi @virdia.federico, thanks for posting.

I think this is a question directed more at your company. Contact your IT department and ask what type of applications can be installed, if any. If your superiors don't mind you using the company computer in your free time, I don't see why not use Fusion 360.

Thanks for the quick reply Rafal. My company doesn't mind if I use the work computer for private stuff during my free time. My concern is whether my company would run into trouble with Autodesk if I install a "personal use" licence on their computer (considering that I would only use it for personal work).

Hi,

You only need rights for the installation and for updates.
I recommend installing Fusion under a separate user account (WIN/MAC).
