"over-constrained" sketch error

I'm having an issue with a sketch Fusion thinks is over constrained. In short, I know the sketch is not over constrained - the lines I want to constrain are blue, I can drag them around, and in some cases I can dimension them (driving dimension) but once created I can't edit the dimension.

I had created two offset curves and initially had constrained everything fine. I then edited the geometry and (I believe) removed the offset constraints/relationships. I've been tracking down the constraints, but not being able to see them all in a list makes that difficult.

The dimensions I want to control are d43 and d44. Currently d44 is driving and d43 is driven; for a fully constrained sketch they should both be driving. Right now I'm not able to change the value on dimension d44, although it is driving. I have tried alternatively toggling various other dimensions to driving or driven, it still comes down to the last two that Fusion won't let me edit. This is very frustrating since I can manually drag the geometry and watch the driven dimensions change.

I know there are issues with dimensioning offset geometries, I was careful to only dimension the original curve. If anyone knows how to find the offset constraint and delete it, that would be helpful.

To clarify, I *think* I deleted the offset constraint, because I don't see the offset symbol anywhere on the sketch, and I'm able to dimension the parallel distance between offset curves without getting an overconstrained error.

I've sometimes been able to solve similar issues in the past by simply closing the sketch, saving the design, closing it an opening it again. Sadly I've tried that as well as restarting Fusion a few times to no avail with this sketch.

Why are you duplicating geometry through Offset (or however you are doing it)?

Wouldn't Thin Feature be far more computationally efficient?

The sketch can be significantly simplified with far far fewer geometry Constraints...
