Best to upload your problem file, much easier to see what the issue is if the settings used can be checked, go to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach it to your reply using the "Attachments" facility at the bottom of your reply.

Well, not able to replicate your issue, code generates OK here, can only think it is the path you are using to post the code to.

Attached is the PP that I used here and you should download it and then copy/paste it into your Local "Personal Library" and use it from there, also set up a folder on your computer to post your NC files to.

G code file is also attached, hope it helps 🙂

Thanks -- your PP (which is about 9 months out of date compared to the one I'm using) works. At least it runs OK, I haven't run the gcode yet.

The changes look as though they are mostly to do with when to use G28 (my knowledge of gcode and PP is poor!)

I also notice that the error message doesn't appear in the PP javascript code, so it's something that the functions the PP is calling produce.

I've produced quite a bit of gcode from Fusion360, including some drilling, and this is the first time this has happened.

I think that your PP has somehow been corrupted, that is why I always keep Post Processors in my "Personal Library", some things like Post Processors have in the past been changed during Fusion 360 updates, possible that is what has happened to yours.

Attached is the latest Mach3 PP just downloaded right now from the Library and that also works fine here, code is good.

The G28 code lines are really very useful, it is after all a safety action, gets all the Axes to a safe location for things like tool changes, automatic or manual, me? I always keep them in 🙂 🙂 🙂

That PP is identical to the one which fails for me. I wonder whether being on the free version of Fusion360 makes a difference? I think it has some limitation on rapid speeds?

That also means that I'm post processing my drill operation alone, not with the milling.

Yes, you are correct, there are no Rapids with the Personal Use Free Licence so it may well affect Rapid moves in a Drilling Cycle but as I don`t have the Free version at the moment I am not able to check that out !!

At least you can generate code now ???
