"Graphics card stopped responding"

I recently downloaded an update for my graphics card. Now when I open a part in fusion 360 the model does not show up on the screen. Below is the version. I had 2 options when I downloaded & picked the "game ready option".

Running 64-bit Windows 8.1

The GeForce 940m is from 2015 era. Those drivers are not currently working well with Fusion.

Please try the following:

1. Open preferences

2. On the default pane, change your graphics driver to DX9

3. Save preferences, restart Fusion and check the preference to ensure it's enabled.

4. Try drawings again.

Hi,

Would you try the solution in this thread: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fusion-360-edu-license-won-t-create-or-open-drawin...

If things still don't work, please attach some logs and screenshots which will help a lot to identify the problem.

In the meantime, you can revert graphics card driver to continue use fusion.
