"Get Latest" is flipping axis on referenced designs

Hello,

I have a project where I am building the more complicate pieces of the design in their own design files, and then dragging them into larger design file that references them all. This has worked really well for me, but today I ran into a problem that is befuddling me.

I went into one of my sub designs, added a design parameter and changed my extrudes to use the new parameter. I save and switched back to the "parent" design that referenced it. Of course I had to do a "Get Latest", but when it updated my components were all flipped in the negative Z axis!

What happened!  I checked axis in both design files and they identical. What did I do to break this?

One correction - I was incorrect it is not the referenced design that is being flipped (though the sketch outline is flipped). It is the "local" components that are in the "parent" design that are flipped.  The screen shots show this.

Problem resolved.

I did not close Fusion360 when I finished last night. Other folks offered to help recover my files, and one person said that Fusion360 deletes the files when it is closed. That got me thinking, and I went to the file that caused the problem.

I undid the changes up to the point where I added the parameter and resaved the design. Reloading the parent design that referenced it now worked.

I still do not know the cause, but I'm at least back to the point that my parent design is displaying everything together correctly.

It may have been due to using the same exact name for the parameter between the two design files. I will have to try and see if it happens again. If so, I will file a bug report.

Thank you to all who replied.
