I use fusion360 on a daily basis for work as my bread an butter. Suddenly, it refuses to launch:

Rest assured, I have NOT been working offline for more than two weeks. nevertheless:

My internet connection is fine. The health dashboard says Fusion is operational. As more unproductive time ticks by, I try to open a support ticket on the website but I'm greeted the following:

I just want to spend my working hours doing CAD. Fusion has increasingly being getting in the way of my productivity as of late. Despite the addition of plenty of new features and updates, the vast majority of which I do not need, things used to be much better from a user experience standpoint...

@josh_roy_elliott Can you please do the below?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to add/remove program
3. Select Fusion - Modify
This will launch the service utility
4. Run the Reset Fusion
Now launch Fusion - This should ask you to login again

Now does it take you online?

Hi Rajkumar,

I just encountered this same problem again. The confusing thing is that I was never offline to begin with, so I don't know why I'm encountering this. And even if I was, why is there a two week "allowance" on the ability to use the product before it turns into a pumpkin?

I had previously uninstalled and reinstalled to solve the problem, this time around I tried your solution and it worked, so thank you for that. Still, it's an annoying problem to have to deal with for the single most expensive piece of software I use.

This seems to be a fairly consistent ongoing problem. Even with a gigabit business internet connection, I am plagued with constant alleged network errors like this in Fusion. Seems like once every few days. The solution mentioned above is only a band-aid solution to keep this software rolling over until the next fault.

Also with respect to the above issue, I am never choosing to work in offline mode unless I am trying to get work done while contending with errors like this. Bring back the days of local storage and software companies that served the interests of their paying customers!

@josh_roy_elliott Are you still encountering this issue?

Can you please do the following?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the iservices.db file and then restart Fusion?
