"Fushion isn't able to open this design at the moment"

I'm part of a team design project and I get this notice when trying to open some of the components and/or drawings.

Whats going on here?

This posting about a week old. Do you still need assistance?

The files won't open when there is slow/no internet connection or the Autodesk Cloud Services may be at maintenance schedule.(health.autodesk.com)

Let me know if you are still able to see the same error.
