"File is not available at the Moment" Only using Fusion WEB APP

Hello!
I am a teacher utilizing Fusion 360 web app through Chromebook for students. This is now the second time I have students encountering this error: "File is not available at the Moment" . It is preventing them from opening a previously saved file, screenshot attached. The students only access Fusion360 from their Chromebook, I have had the student shutdown and restart Chromebook, after logging in again, the problem still exists. I accessed their account via incognito tab in Chrome, same result. Additionally, I tried to access the file by downloading, through file storage in A360, and sharing link, ALL failed to execute. I recognize this problem has been solved on PC and Mac, but I am unable to locate resources for online access and steps to solve or stop the problem. Thanks!
