Hi,

 

I've just run a generative study, it was accepted by the server, completed, but Explore doesn't display any results.

I can see the top menu in Explore, but it doesn't react. The space where I usually find the results remains blank. I can't switch to other display modes either.

 

The Job has run a few months ago with acceptable results, I've just made changes to the materials palette.

 

Im running Fusion on a Mac.

 

What am I doing wrong?

@Anonymous is there anything notable about your graphics setup, for example a USB or Thunderbolt dock, or eGPU? Especially with regard to changes to this setup since the last time it worked for you.

 

In the case of users being unable to explore results, in the past this has been due to the embedded web browser using the "wrong" GPU (for example, the integrated Intel graphics) instead of a user's dedicated video card.
