"Educator" access for supported competitions ended with no email, no way to renew?

Hi all,

I'm a mentor for a FIRST Robotics Competition team. We've been using Fusion 360 for CAM for a few years and love it.

When I just tried to start Fusion, I was told my educator access had expired. I have not received an email notifying me of this (I've searched all inboxes, spam folders, trash and archive folders, etc.) and so far I've been unable to figure out how to renew. My "personalized banner" page just says "Hi Alan," and nothing further (screenshot attached).

Any thoughts on how to proceed from here?

Hi @alan.glaser,

Sorry for the confusion and thanks for sharing here. Maybe it's cut off in your screenshot, but do you see a "Get product" button at the bottom of the Fusion 360 product card? After you click that, you should see it change to "ACCESS." If you click that, it should renew your entitlement to Fusion 360.

If you don't see "Get product" button, could you please try reloading the page and see if it appears? 

Does that do the trick?
