Hello, I have a relatively simple problem.
While sculpting, I wish to use the "Alt Key to extrude" for a variety of sculpting applications, however, the key does not seem to have any effect. I can confirm my keyboard does having working Alt keys. Unless there is a fix to this, is it possible to change the key bind for this? Thanks in advance for any responses.

It's hard to tell exactly what's going on in that screenshot.
Are you on mac or windows?
Can you share a video or larger screenshot, or perhaps a design file? I'd like to help but there isn't much to go on here.

@Anonymous - is it possible that you have the entire body selected? Or, all faces in the body selected? Alt-Drag will not work if everything is selected. It only works if a subset of the T-Spline faces are selected.
