Question on Credits

For rendering, is local rendering free? (i.e. doesn't require any credits?)

Also, are animations free? (no credits required)

For some reason I can't seem to find a straightforward answer to these online.

Yes, local renderings and animations are free. The items that require cloud credits are Cloud Renderings and Generative Design solves. Furthermore, I think those as well as Simulations are limited to commercial, startup and educational licenses.
