Question about Fusion 360 machining extension.

First of all, I appreciate to people who read this post.

 

I have question that 'Is there difference between normal Fusion 360 and Fusion 360 machining extension?'.

If there is, could you explain it more in detailed? 

I want to refer cycle time data on the program. 

and should I buy for using Fusion 360 and Fusion 360 machining extension both?

My English is bad. Sorry.

Fusion 360 Machining Extension consists of a specialised set of additional functionality  The extension can be purchased inside of Fusion 360 . It boost the core CAM capabilities of Fusion 360 with access to advanced 3- and
5-axis strategies, toolpath optimisation and process automation.
