Pull only working on half of a circle. The other half won't pull as it generates an error. I have tried pulling to the other face but it doesn't work. Strangely though the 4mm bolt hole on one side will extent to the face whereas on the other side of the body the bolt hole needs to be extended to both faces. I did try splitting the body but again errors. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The problem is the rectangle in your sketch is at an angle, the circle is parallel to the XY plane but the rest of the sketch is at a 0.007° angle.

With the sketch active if you window select all the sketch geometry, right click and select Move to sketch plane it fixes the problem.

Note! This is why you should always fully constrain your sketches. Also as the part has rotational symmetry just model one quarter and pattern. This keeps the sketch simple and easy to fully constrain.

EDIT. Just to clarify, sketch one quarter, extrude then pattern the body.
