Projects have disappeared after transferring to teams

Anonymous
Not applicable

After moving over to the teams setup, I have now lost all of my old projects. It was at the same time that I changed my email address. A lot of people seem to be having this issue but none of the questions are being answered?

Can anyone help?

Two things may be at play here, the first one is your change of email address.  Did this change your Autodesk ID?  If so, this is probably the primary reason you cannot see your projects and design files.  All Fusion 360 designs are associated with the Autodesk ID they were created under.  If you go to this website, log in using your Autodesk ID, you create your lost designs with, you will probably find them.  You can then export them to your local drive and upload them back to the cloud under your new ID.  When you go to the site, use the "Get Started" blue box to log in with the proper Autodesk ID.  Once logged in, you can select the Fusion 360 entry on the lower left side.

If you are using the same Autodesk ID, then I am guessing you have switched your focus to your new team.  In this case you will notice that your Single User Storage is not checked.  Switch to this and you will probably see your design work.
