All of my projects were deleted from the cloud and I don't know why, or how. When I tried to contact support I wasn't given any help.

Have you logged into A360 and verified they are not there also?

Yes, I checked there and it looks like everything was completely reset. Nothing was saved on that.

This is very rare.  Normally if you are using the same Autodesk ID that you used to create and save your Fusion 360 files to the cloud, they will be there.  It is possible that you have switched to a Team and your work was saved in Single User Storage or vice versa.  Go to your Data Panel, click on the Team drop down and see if this is the case.

Are you logged into the proper account? If you've had a trial account, but later purchased a subscription or qualified for some other account, but used a different email address.....

I might have had a trial over 3 years ago, but I never had this issue. This is the only Autodesk account I have and last time I signed on with it (about a month ago) everything was still saved.

For those who started using Fusion 360 in the early days, we used Single User Storage.  Autodesk lately has required everyone logging into Fusion 360 to create a Team to save their data.  They asked me to move my data from Single User Storage to a Team.  If you have been a more recent user of Fusion 360, you would not have had a Single User Storage but started with a Team right out of the gate.  You do not remember creating the Team when you first installed Fusion 360?

Click on the "Gear" icon beside your Team.  On the resulting webpage, click on "Projects" and post a screen capture of what you see.

You are correct, there are no "user" folders in this project.  If you used Fusion 360 on trial, and created the files then you are looking for, then you must have used a different Autodesk ID for the trial and that is where they are.  That is the only answer, in my opinion but I will have to leave that to you.  I have no other thoughts.  Think back, you may have used a different Autodesk ID to create the files.

I'll look through all my emails to see if I can find a different Autodesk ID. Thank you for your help.
