Project to surface is not in the personal version.

I have the personal version and i'm unable to find project to surface under the create menu. Has this feature been removed?

Yes, Project is still in the Fusion 360 Personal License version.  The video will show this.

Edit: If you mean the "Project To Surface" command, it is still there also.

I got it. I expected it to be in the menu but I have to be in a new/editing a sketch. Then it will show up. Thanks.
