Project reverted back to an earlier version when opened after a couple months

Hello, I am wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem
I've encountered. I opened a project which I hadn't opened for a month or 2 (a project
which I spent weeks on) and when I opened it, It has reverted back to
closer to the beginning of the design. yes it shows the latest version
is opened. I am completely at loss for what I could do to restore it. I
know it was saved, I also think Fusion did and update since I had last
opened it. Any ideas or suggestions would be Immensely appreciated!

Thanks

1.In the data panel how many version of the projects you see saved?
2.Also, do you use multiple machines to do your work?
3. In the top right corner if you go to job status, do you see any pending uploads?
4. If you launch Fusion in offline mode (disconnecting internet) do you see the version you expect?

Hi thanks for your response. There are 7 versions saved in the data
panel, I use only 1 computer for my work. Job status doesn't show any
pending uploads it just says ''Online" and it doesn't change anything if
I launch Fusion in Offline.

Thanks again

@josephm7207 @There should be a date for the 6th version that was saved. When was that?

It says July 1 2023 which doesn't really make sense to me as I had
worked on the drawing after that date and I resave it after doing work...

@josephm7207 I am not sure there are any other options that I can think of considering that the last saved was in July. Between July and now, have you been using Fusion but just that this design you have not revisited for a while? Do you have other designs that you have saved between July and now that are up-todate?

@josephm7207 Its very interesting that from July to now you have been working on this design but the last saved version is from July. I am wondering if all your other changes are stored only locally and not being uploaded to the cloud?

Can you please do the below?

1. Assuming this is windows
2. Go to add/remove program
3. Select Fusion - modify

This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Run the gather system information
5. It will generate two zip files

Please attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

I hope the attached is what you are looking for. Just to clarify, I
haven't been working on this design in the last couple months. I opened
it to make some design changes and everything looked normal for a split
second upon opening then reverted to a way earlier version.

Thanks

This is a routine bug of Fusion. It'll fail to save to the cloud, and because Autodesk hates users, of course there's no local storage too. You have to be very cautious to allow Fusion to update the cloud at the end of the day or it'll just lose saves.

It's great.

@josephm7207 The logs does show that you have two designs on your machine that are pending upload to the cloud.

1. Have you added more versions to this design since you found out that there is missing versions?
2. If you go to the Job status as shown and click on the job status - go into data, do you see any pending uploads?

It only shows one (different project) which shows completed, I don't see
anything of the design which I am trying to fix. It looks like it
automatically created another version as there is a V7 now.
