Project fails to show objects when I open in it (Bodies listed no graphic images) days of work lost

I have been working on a model for several weeks, now up to v43.  But when I try to open it today no objects/bodies are show, just the blank screen, but the bodes are listed.

It looks like all the versions I saved back to v28 are the same (4 days ago and a lot had changed).

I have attached the Log file and the exported model (.f3d)

Really hope you can help, devistated.

Hi,

The bodies have only moved away from each other, for whatever reason.

Hi @mal.steel67,

In the attached design, the bodies are extreme far from each other.

To bring back the original state, move the bodies close to each other.

(Attached design)

With Direct modelling, Its difficult to know how the parts moved that far, I recommend to use parametric Modelling,

Thank you, this helped solve my issue.

I thought the objects were missing, but your answer prompted me to click on an object and select find in window.  Strangely all objects show very close to the origin (as created).

The object far away from the origin is a weird occurance, not sure how it happened.  It results in a huge window (17600 by 20800 mm), the objects are actually there at the origin but so small they dont show up.  Copied them to a new Project and all is good.

You help is very much appreciate.

Regarding parametric modeling ... for me direct modeling works with my creative thinking (just the way my brain is wired I guess).
