Project exists but it won't show up in the data panel

I have tried relaunching, updating, signing in and out, and many other ways to have my project show up again, but nothing has worked. When I'm on the web version the project exists, but not when I'm running the actual fusion. Any ideas on how to fix this?

1. Are you on windows or a Mac? 
2. IF you go into Fuion , Help - Support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility 
3. Run the gather system info - post the diagnostics logs.zip
4. Run the reset Fusion - does that help?

@kevinat3 Apologies for the experience. Can you please restart Fusion 360 and that should take care of this issue.

After trying everything I didn't use my laptop for 4 hours. Then when I reopened it, it randomly appeared again.
