Project Construction Plane Onto Sketch

When projecting geometry onto a sketch, it does not seem possible to select construction planes.

It seems like this should be possible and I even feel like I've done it before.

Is it possible to project a construction plane onto a sketch?

Only the Origin Planes will work.

You can project construction planes that are perpendicular to the sketch plane.
