profile vanishes when adding coincident constraint

Not applicable

while editing a sketch I created a profile, the innards are coloured lightblue. Then I moved one of the corners by adding a coincident constraint. This shoudl not break the profile, the innards must stay lightblue. In reality the profile vanishes.

you can find a screencast here: https://autode.sk/3mgvPUE

I changed the position of the plane of the sketch and the profile reappeared again.

Is there anything fishy in roundings in the background?

Hi,

Share your design and indicate in which sketch it appears.

I see that a blue (free) line is forced onto a violet (projected&fixed) point.

That is expected behaviour,

your bottom line is connected to the purple point (what you asked for)

that profile is now very thin, and shaded blue.

Perhaps you need move point to point to keep the box the same size, but blue sketch articles are unpredictable.

Might help....
