Product Update Required:

.....persisted by version 2.0.16985 with your current software version 2.0.13377....

 

-I have internet connection

-I have restarted Fusion,

-I have restarted the computer

You attached log indicates that the update installation process does not have access to your Windows Registry.

According to the log, you have been having the same error through numerous updates so your Fusion 360 installation is behind several versions.  I do not know if you will be able to use the Fusion 360 Service Utility to Uninstall Fusion 360 or not.  Here is the website link to find the utility and attempt it.  If not, at the bottom of the same page is a link to show you how to uninstall manually.  It also mentions where to go to get the new installer to re-install AFTER you successfully uninstall.

 

Edit: The probable reason it cannot write to the Registry is because the installer lacks Windows User Permissions.
