Product Design Extension Access "Something went wrong. Please try again" Error

I am trying to access the Product Design Extension and keep receiving an error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes". I have checked preferences and the extension is selected and I do have credits as I am using an educational license with unlimited credits. 

 

Would be great to hear if someone has a fix for this.

I have been having the same issue for a week now, went to renew another 30 day access on product design extension and it keeps prompting to try again in a few minutes in the error message
