Problems printing on creality cr10 v2 printer

I have a couple of tutorial videos I have been following but when I go to print out the designs the printer heats, auto homes and the z axis moves to just above 3mm and everything stops.  It is definitely something to do with fusion 360 as when I download a file from thingiverse it prints no problem.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

I print on a CR-10 using models I make in Fusion all the time and have zero issues. Either your model is bad because you have done something wrong or you have something wrong in your slicer. Please attach an f3d file of your model and we can try and figure out your problem.
