Problems in iOS app

There are two bugs in the iOS app on my iPad that were introduced in version 2.7.1…

Measure Tool
The Measure Tool will only show measurements to the closest 0.1”. If I have a dimension that’s actually 0.75”, the Measure Tool will show it as 0.7” (when set to decimal inches) and 1” (when set fraction inches).  When I try to change the granularity to 0.01 (or anything else) in the settings (gear) menu, it just reverts to 0.1.

Reset icon

When using the Measure Tool, the Reset Icon (the circular arrow) appears at the top of the page directly on top of the 3 dots icon that iOS uses to create split screen.  Therefore, when you touch the icon to reset measurements, iOS puts up the split screen menu.  There’s no way to reset the measurements without closing the model and re-opening it.

Both bugs happen in both portrait and landscape orientation.

I use the iOS app in the wood shop to view my models, primarily for getting measurements.  However, I haven’t been able to use it at all since April 2023 when this bug started appearing.  It would be nice to be able to use it again.

Thanks!!!

Both these issues have been brought up before. I personally brought it up over on the Insider channel to crickets. The app gets updates (the latest was four days ago) so I don't know why these issues haven't been addressed. I suspect it has something to do with engineers and project management who can't be bothered to use their own products.

Yes, in fact I’ve brought up in this forum before!  😀  I was just hoping that bringing it up again might help someone see it.  It’s been like this since at least April.  And I’m hopeful every time I see a new release, but then disappointed that they still didn’t fix it.
