Problems aligning STL files once exported from fusion 360

I have 2 separate components that I have aligned in Fusion 360.  I then save each as its own STL file.  I then import both files at the same time into Prusa Slicer and the slicer ask me if I want to treat the two files as one for multicolor printing. I say yes and then my perfectly aligned exported STL files show up aligned in Prusa Slicer for printing.  For this file though no matter what I try the files are perfectly aligned in Fusion 360 with the logo component 0.2mm imbedded into the lid. once imported into Prusa I am getting the two files not aligned on the same plane or axis as the 2 are asperated by a large distance and the barrel lid is turned a different direction (the slats in the lid).  Please help, what am I doing wrong in fusion 360 that the coordinates do not translate.   I have never had this issue before.

If you right click a component and select Save As STL the component's origin is used fo the export. What you need to do is hide one component then right click the root component and select export, then the document origin will be used. Then just repeat for the other component.

Picture shows only one component visible then save from the root component.

I tried this and was unsuccessful. When I hide other components and then save as stl they still are not importing correctly into the slicer. When I click on export there is not option to save as STL.  I need to figure out why the components appear in fusion to have the correct coordinates but are not saving that way. Is there a way to save the current positions to make sure they then save correctly?

Did you right click the top level component in the browser and "Save As STL"? I just tried it with your design and then imported into Rhino and it works how I'd expect. If you right click on the actual component you want to export you'll use the component origin not the document origin.

Picture below shows the position of the 3 different origins in the design. Screencast below the picture shows how to export from Fusion and how the 2 different files import into Rhino, pretty sure other programs should work the same. I'll attach the 2 STL files as well.

This was that detail I was missing.  Thanks so much for pointing it out and showing me a way around it.  I am curious though is there a way to delete the conflicting origin so that everything is on the same playing field? I have mess around with this and can't seem to find a way to delete the origin or possible reset/move it. Thanks

I've not got your file anymore but I think if you delete the capture positions from the timeline (the components and the bodies they contain wil move to their original positions) then move the bodies instead of components should work. Just make sure you set the move object type to Bodies on the move dialog.
