Problem with updating my personal license

Windows 10, 64 bit. Fusion 360 says my personal license will expire in 5 days. I have logged into my autodesk account and gone through the steps to get a personal license several times. When I load Fusion 360 it still says my personal license will expire. How do I get the software to see that my license has been renewed?  How can I check that my license has been renewed? I have tried reinstalling it several times but that also failed. Please help.

Rod Martin - retired academic - I used Autocad LT for many years when I was at Monash university, but now only use the free version of Fusion 360.

Hi,

Wait until the end.

Then a 30-day trial period will begin.

At the end you will be switched to your personal license.

Hi Gunther, I installed the free personal Fusion360 about a year ago,
but did not use it very much. I now started to use it and have found the
message about the license expiring in 5 days (the time reduces every
day). I have tried for several days to renew the license but nothing
works. I have logged on and followed the steps. I don't know whether I
am doing it correctly. Maybe if I create a new account and reinstall
under a different name, then it might work ???

I have the same problem. But my free days are ended.  I am waiting for a new start-up license Fusion 360. Also, I am a fusion 360 insider. And the last versions of september's updates work under these limitations. I don't know what to do. So I'm waiting email from Autodesk company. Look for screenshots bottom my message.
