@reunionofficina Can you please try the below?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to add/remove program
3. Autodesk Fusion - Modify

This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Please run the repair Fusion from here. This should help with this issue.

@reunionofficina This likely will need a reinstall then but please follow the below:

Uninstall Fusion. Then, :

  1. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
  2. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again?
  3. Now install again

@reunionofficina Oh wow. I was confident the above should solve the issue.

Ok. One more thing to try:

1. Close Fusion
2. Login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. Go to a design you have and choose "open in desktop"

Does that help to launch the product?

If it does not please do the following to get the logs for us:

1. Close Fusion
2. Add/remove program
3. Autodesk Fusion - Modify
This will launch the fusion service utility
4. Run the "Reset Fusion"
5. Now launch Fusion
This will likely fail
6. Go back to the Fusion service utility
7. Run the gather system info
It will generate two zip files
8. Please attach Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

@reunionofficina Thanks for the logs. There is some issues with a token refresh for Fusion and still trying to see why.

If it is possible, can you connect your machine to a different network (say your mobile hotspot) and see if Fusion lets you login?

@reunionofficina Thanks for running that test. So something in your home network is blocking the program from authenticating.

Can you restart your home router and then restart your computer as well and see if that helps?
