Problem with Generative Design

I have an education license registered to my school email address.  When I try to create a generative design study I am told I need cloud credits.  It is my understanding an education license has unlimited access to generative design studies.  Can you help determine the problem as I would like to conduct these studies in my classroom.

Education licenses have unlimited cloud credits, if you logged through a valid Edu license you should be able to run Generative design.
1. Make sure that, you were accessing F60 with a valid Edu license.
2. Under the preferences tab (top right corner) make sure that the educational account is used for both simulation and generative design. The screenshot is attached for reference.
