Problem renweing educational license

My digital university ID is automatically rejected when I'm trying to renew my educational license for fusion 360. My master's thesis is due in 6 days and you guys are really screwing me over right now. Also, your support is terrible, your chatbot is only pain, it's like you've never interacted with one yourself. How can I contact you directly? I need help, but your whole support system is actively working to make it as hard as possible for me to actually get help.

Hello

 

Thanks for posting. I think you should try with some other documents rather than just id. Like, your recent marksheet of the university or academic transcript. I think you can try with these options.
