Hello,

I am a student at the Willem de Kooning Academy and have had a student license since a year and a half. I have been trying to renew my license for about four months now but it is still not working. I have tried prettymuch everything but it simply tells me that there is an issue they are working on before I can renew my license.Scherm­afbeelding 2023-02-25 om 10.04.36.jpg

What can I do, I really need to work on Fusion360?

Hi @daphne1 

 

Have you tried to log in from different browser/device? Does this error shows there as well?

Also, have you tried to just logo out and log back into the account? Those small things may help, but not guaranteed.
