Problem Making Two Points Coincident

First time I've tried to include a screencast so I hope this works.  Guenter (sorry if that's misspelled) showed me how to use coincident points.  I am trying to do what he illustrated in a screencast but I must be doing something wrong.  f3d is attached too.  I'd appreciate any help.

The lines are in 2 different sketches. You do know you can right click a sketch in the timeline and edit? Only asking because you have 5 sketches and are 3 empty.

Thanks very much HughesTooling.  There's a lot of helpful info in your brief reply.  I did not realize that coincident points only works if the two points are in the same sketch.  (BTW - How would I convince Fusion 360 to hire you to word their error messages?)  I am not sure about the empty sketches but when I get frustrated I flail about a lot.  And I did not know that you could get into edit via the timeline.  That's good to know.

Thanks again,  Bob
