Problem loading point mass

hi colleagues.

I have to analyze a chasis to transport an equipment.

this equipment comes inthe model. I've transformed the equipment into a point mass an the weight of this equipment reaches 27 tons.

I've amplified the gravity by 4 in -Y direction. the weigght of the chasis is almost 4 tons. so the reaction must be around 1.09e6 N 

but the reaction forces sum 6.72E-9 N .... I can't realize my mistake... can someone help me??
