I can not install the application on my pc, I just keep getting the same error message. I have tried turning windows antivirus off but I still get the same result. I have attached a screenshot of the error and the log files.

@alizubair856 Can you please try the below?

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Restart machine
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
3. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again? (make sure that 360 is not found in the installer name)
4. Now install again

@alizubair856 Apologies for the late response. I did connect with the engineering team on the logs and they had a couple of things to try out. From the logs it looks like it could be a firewall issue where Fusion is not getting the access needed. Before that can we please try the below?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to this page - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/z0hbzhTNDhtrN6D0LZl5b.html
3. Update to the latest Autodesk Identity package attached in that article

Now try to launch Fusion. IF that dos not work, then can you go to your Mac Settings- network- firewall- turn it off for this test and see if that makes a difference?
