Problem installing Fusion 360 after new update

Got an error message when I tried to open Fusion today after it tried to auto update overnight.  Dialog box in upper right said I needed to uninstall and reinstall.

After doing that, I got this error dialog box and the corresponding fix on the Fusion website.  I followed the troubleshooting procedure and Fusion continues to not install, and continues to give me the "[Errno 22] Invalid argument" message as seen below.  Please help, I'm dead in the water and need to work on my projects.  Thank you.
