If I select any tool (eh.screw), after clicking the tool McMaster Carr goes blank. Can I fix this bug?

Hi

Thanks for posting. If this problem is occurring, I suggest to download the step file from McMaster's website via your internet browser. Then import the file in fusion manually.

I've also found this as only solution from Fusion support article.

You should not accept a suggestion that is a workaround as a solution.  It is not solved and the Fusion Team ought to know that it is not solved.  Please deselect the previous reply as a solution.  It may help you continue to work but McMaster Carr should be fixed properly or altogether removed by the Fusion Team.

I, ALSO have this problem!  It has worked well for over3 years and now -- click on the DOWNLOAD and nothing happens.  Went to McMaster Carr Chat and asked about it and was told that Fusion 360 is not supported by McMaster Carr and that they could not help me.  I then said that it was Autodesk Fusion 360 and got the same answer!

This needs to be address asap!  I use this for detail stuff all the time and it takes time to download a file and up load it to get a step file of a nut!!!  Poor response, Autodesk - Fusion 360!!!

Also stuck with the "download" button doing nothing.  It's not the "save" button as it should be (from the other video I could observe).
